LUST Protein cookies

High in protein and easy to make. The challenge is not eating them all at once!

In celebration of our online store going live, we wanted to share our FAVOURITE recipe for one of our signature products, LUST protein bars.

Scrumptious in their own right, EHPLabs LUST protein bars are high in collagen protein, low in carb (and sugars), and have added B and D vitamins to tick the health boxes, while satisfying your sweet tooth.

It took us YEARS of testing and trying different protein bars that weren’t chalky, tasteless or sickly, low in chemicals and provided a high-quality, sizeable serve of protein. LUST Bars are by far the best and we are PROUD to stock them.

While handbag-friendly and edible on their own, enjoy the below for a little baking session with drool-worthy LUST Protein cookies:

- 1 Tsp baking powder

- 1/2 Cup flour of your choice

- 1 Serve flavoured protein (We recommend EHPLabs Blessed protein in Salted Caramel)

- 1 Chopped up EHPLabs LUST bar (We recommend the Caramel White Chocolate)

- 1/2 Cup dark chocolate chips

- 1 Egg

- 1/4 Cup honey (or golden/maple syrup)

- 1 Tsp vanilla essence

- 1 Tbsp peanut butter (smooth)

- 1/2 Cup almond milk

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Add dry ingredients to a big bowl and mix. Then add in all wet ingredients & combine until mixed well and a batter like consistency forms. Add more almond milk if need be. Spoon out onto a tray into small round balls and flatten out a little. Cook for 15minutes or until slightly browned.

TIP: Don’t overcook these! They are SCRUMPTIOUS when still a little gooey in the middle.

You can purchase LUST Protein bars here (currently on sale!).
